About Us
My Gift My Career CIC is a registered Community Interest Company based in Gloucester, UK. We deliver career guidance programmes and workshops to young people in schools, churches, and community organisations — particularly those from underserved and minority backgrounds who lack access to professional career support.
Founded by author and career guidance practitioner Peter Ogundiya, our work is built on one powerful idea: when a young person discovers and develops their natural gift, everything else — confidence, direction, and purpose — follows.
